Mechanical Reconditioning

After years of use, a machine tool loses accuracy and alignment. Moving parts like ballscrews and spindles give error and do not perform properly. We restore the machine accuracy and performance by doing the following. ・Restoring guideways through scraping or grinding ・Fixing of anti friction material like Turcite and matching ・Replace new ballscrews and bearings ・Total geometric alignment ・Replace/repair of hydraulics and other accessories as part of the project
