THINGS THAT CUSTOMERS WOULD RECEIVE FROM OUR SERVICE

  1. In cases of staff members’ sick leave or errand leave the company will send in substitutes immediately.
    - In cases where replacements are sent in after 10 o’clock the company agrees to compensate with the amount of money of 150 THB per staff member per day.
    - In cases where replacements is not available, the company agrees to compensate with the amount of money of 300 THB per staff member per day.  
  2. If the customer is not satisfied with the service of staff members or if any staff member resigns, the company can send in a replacement immediately.
  3. If any of the staff members caused destruction or disappearance of valuable belongings the company will be happy to compensate at most 2 times the price of service per month. 
  4. For quality services, the company will send in inspection unit to inspect and evaluate the service atleast twice a month. The unit will as well be open for complaints and suggestions to further improve the quality of the service.
