Grinding machine TN-7 has been designed specifically to generate rake and top angles of a tipped saw blade and has the following features:
- Selection of rake angle or top angle for grinding can be done by simple operation;
- One-pass grinding and oscillation grinding for both rake and top angles be selected by easy operation;
- Various setups for the grinding can be accomplished through interractive and numerical setting;
- Combination type saw blades with varying rake angles can be ground by a single process of of operation;
- Specially-designed motor prevents a drop of wheel speed due to a change of grinding load;and
- Wheel shaft is directly coupled to the motor shaft for vibration-free operation,thus realizing highly accurate grinding results.
