The MultiGene Optimax is new model which employs a new protocol optimization process improving on older gradient features. The OptiMax utilizes Flex Temp technology that effectively separates the 96 well-plate into six (4 x 4) temperature regions that allows users to select various temperatures. It has constantly 6 segment temperature blocks, regulating by Peltier Technology system. Available sample capacities are 96 well-plate, 12, 8 x 0.2 mL strip tubes and 96 x 0.2 mL tubes. 

1. The large programmable temperature range is 4 ºC to 99.9 ºC and also temperature accuracy is +0.5 ºC.
2. Fast run time by controlling of 5 ºC/sec heating rate and 3.5 ºC/sec cooling rate.
3. The lid can be programmed to hold different temperatures between 60-65 ºC and 100-115 ºC and also slides away and back from the user to provide full access to samples and reduce the risk of coming in contact with a hot surface.
4. Two temperature controls are calculated control and block control.
5. Set 6 different temperatures in each of 4 x 4 well blocks which provides a greater flexibility in approaching laboratory workflows. Also, you can choose any temperatures you want within a 24 ºC range.
6. Temperature range of 6-segment blocks is 30-90 ºC, can be set independently.
7. No condensation after overnight cooling at 4 ºC.
8. 200 complete programs memory and 50 sets of user program folder.
9. Thermal cycle step functions show on LCD display.
