ORBIT HOSE CLIPS (W1)

ORBIT mild steel hose clips (W1) are made from the finest cold rolled steel with special surface treatment. They are manufactured and controlled according to British Standard 5315:1991.

The band is processed to erase any burrs at the edges and to increase the band strength to ensure high destructive torque. The band thread is cold formed precisely into the band which results in a smooth surface on the underside to optimize hose protection. The non perforated band protects soft hose from damage during installation, providing the ultimate exterior hose wall protection. The housing is riveted for extra strength and smooth contact to the hose. ORBIT hose clips are available in gold or bright zinc passivated. Hexavalent Chromium-free plating which complies with RoHs is also available.
