Haeger C-416; Hydraulic Press for Nut Insertion

Krasstec; importer of leading European machines, introduces new Haeger C-416; low cost fastener insertion machine which is suitable for bench mounting or flexible use on mobile caster mounted trolley. It is a fully hydraulic 36 kN (4 ton) capacity press with a 305 mm (12 inch.) throat depth, operating at 106 strokes/min. Single phrase power supply and equipped with Haeger’s patented safety system. Its highly extreme accuracy ensures repeatability of less than 1% of ram force setting and force range is between 250-8,000 lbs. Working is fast by tool changing without resetting and requires lower tool holder. Available in both manual and automatic operations with extra options for automatic feeder and counter.
