AEROMAX is a prefabricated waste water treatment plant for a larger usage. With the treatment capacity of 30 to 600 cubic meters per day, the Aeromax works similarly to a full-scale waste water treatment plant. It is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic which gives it much strength as well as durability. Installation is also easy and rapid.

 

Working Principles

The system consists of the following processes:
1) Solid separation process
2) Aeration process
3) Sedimentation process

 

  1. Solid Separation Process is a system that collects waste water before discharging it into main aeration process; this would decrease the density of BOD concentration and ferment both heavy and light precipitates thus the excess would be either disposed or further used as fertilizer.
  2. Aeration Process is a main (sewage) treatment through activated sludge process. It is biological reaction of oxygen and organic substances that will be disintegrated and digested by means of aerobic bacteria in Aeration process and the biological process of living cell.
     

    Organic matter + O2  --->   CO2 +  H2O + energy + end product

    There are submersible aerator & ejector within Aeration process that facilitate the digestion of organic substances. At the same time, micro organisms are being propagated and mixed in order to prevent sludge in the aeration process

  3. Sedimentation Process is a process which received water from aeration process, While aerating water in to sedimentation process, there are anti-ripple parts to slow down the flow of sediment water. Slight precipitates are combined into heavy precipitates. Therefore, it was naturally sediment; this sedimentation process is consequently functioned to separate these micro-organisms from the water. The water has passed through weir is finally released in to public water ways, Most of the sediment will be returned to aeration process as sludge, while the excess sludge will be aerobically pumped to solid separation process.
