CP Mounts are highly effective in isolating high and low frequency vibration generated by floor-mounted mechanical machinery where more damping is required and less motion can be tolerated than free-standing spring isolators. typically lightweight mechanical equipments, having lowest operating speeds of 1200 RPM, located in non-critical areas such as grade supported slabs or short structural floor spans, when the isolator-to-equipment connection is such that a leveling bolt can extend above the mount and act as a leveling and attachment bolt for supported equipment.

CP Mounts are economical choice for outdoor applications. With the lateral stability, they are recommended for moderate horizontal wind loads without seismic restraint requirements.

Structure High deflection, laterally stable spring elements assembled into telescoping cast iron housing. Ribbed, noise absorbing pads are bonded to the bottom and top surfaces.
Internal or external adjusting/leveling bolt as a part of the top loading plate.
Holes or slots are provided for bolting the isolator to the structure..
Epoxy powder coated springs and housings with a 100 hour salt spray rating..
Semi-circular neoprene sponge inserts between the upper and lower housings that limit movement due to start and stop and horizontal wind load.
